Hi Jackie,
RAISE is a useful network on student partnership, not sure if they have work on partnerships with disabled students but there is a journal http://www.raise-network.com/

Subject: Student Voice and Disabled Students
Hello Everyone,
I'm hoping some people on this list might be able to point me in a direction to find existing work and literature on actions to engage, hear and work with student voice/ students as partners as it pertains to different student groups, and in particular, disabled students. I'd be very keen to hear from you if you know which institutions, authors or other leads might help with this search.
All best wishes
Jackie
