Who will benefit: Researchers and open and distance learning practitioners who need to be able to use the literature effectively. Librarians and other information providers providing open and distance learning-oriented services.
Workshop aims: The workshop should give you practical insights into and hands-on experience in:
1. the extent and scope of the literature on open and distance literature
2. exploring trends as reflected in the literature
3. how to use existing information resources most effectively.
