There's actually quite a lot on this, probsbly easiest to google 'gender bias in teaching evaluation', but one of the most interesting resources I think is this interactive chart based on data in 'Rate my Prof':

You can input different words and the graph will tell you if they are more often used to describe men or women. Absolutely fascinating and rather depressing in equal measure...
