Research Officer
Research Grade RS1B (Salary £20,004 to 25,565 p.a.)
The Institute for the Advancement of University Learning takes a research-
informed approach to the development of teaching, and to professional and
management development, and the development of policy, within the
University of Oxford. The Research Officer will design and undertake
applied research and evaluation projects and communicate the outcomes of
these studies. Projects are likely to involve collation of documentation of
good practice, interviewing, questionnaire design and administration, and
statistical analysis of survey results and data from university management
information systems. The position would suit a graduate seeking experience
of a range of applied educational and professional development research and
evaluation approaches in higher education, under supervision.
The post is for two years, renewable subject to funding.
