a framework for professional development
Facilitated by Helen Beetham and Marita Woods
Date and venue
University of Derby, 5 April 2001, 11:00 to 16:30
Aims
This workshop aims to share a national accreditation framework
for staff
working to embed learning technologies into the curriculum.
Participants
will explore the EFFECTS framework and consider how tools and
resources
from the EFFECTS project could be used at their own institutions.
There
will be opportunities to discuss more general issues facing staff
who
are working towards the effective use of learning technologies.
Participants
Participants are welcome from all the M1/M69 network
institutions. The
workshop will be of particular interest to staff and educational
developers, learning technology specialists and academic
innovators with
an interest in learning technologies.

expertise which impact on the embedding of learning technologies

technologies into the curriculum
7Use the EFFECTS learning outcomes to evidence their own work in
this
