An outline programme for "Academic Development for the Digital University" - SEDA Summer School 2012 has been published - go to

Participants will be encouraged and supported to work, in an action learning set, on an academic development project they have brought with them.
Workshops topics are likely to include:
- Goal-setting and evaluation in academic development
- Uses and implications of digital technologies for teaching, learning and academic development
- Facilitation in academic development
- Policy and strategy for academic development for the digital University
- Beyond digital literacy and towards digital fluency
- A 'show, tell and explore' session featuring work by participants
- Improving collaboration between academic developers and learning technologists Speakers from JISC will review current and planned programmes on digital technologies in higher education and the integration into use of what has already been learned
