We are considering a specific aspect of assuring the quality of our teaching. This will be both peer observed and self-evaluated. Are there models already in existence including 'forms' with relevant headings? Does any institution have any form of self/elected teaching panel observing colleagues, possibly once every three years? How does this contribute to the member of staff's appraisal, if at all?
