Dear All,
I ran a staff development workshop on the use of voting technology to support
collaborative reflection at the PDP Conference in Manchester last week. I was
encouraged to spread the word more widely as something of possible interest to a
wider audience, hence this message.
The approach is based on a social view of learning and reflection - I call it Shared
Thinking. It combines the 'snowballing' group learning technique with the use of
either voting technology or interactive whiteboards. Slides and case studies are
available at http://www.sharedthinking.info
I'd be grateful for any feedback and happy to answer any questions.
Many thanks and best wishes,
Nick
