Important note
Some projects or teams will have more to report in September 2009 than
they can summarise in an abstract written in February 2009. To take
account of this, the Co-Chairs of the Conference Committee emphasise
that: "in judging proposals, ALT Reviewers will take an understanding
attitude regarding proposals referring to or reporting on work taking
place between now and the date of the conference".
Key dates:
- Deadline extended for receipt of proposals: midnight UK time on 2
March 2009;
- Bookings open during May 2009;
- Presenters' registration deadline 29 June 2009;
- Earlybird registration deadline is 6 July 2009;
- Bookings close on 14 August 2009.
