This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.
A motivated and enthusiastic person is sought to join the Education Enhancement Unit. The three teams within this unit (Academic Support, Student Skills and e-learning) play a vital role in a varied range of staff and student activities supporting the development and strengthening of learning and teaching across the University, and they collaborate with staff across the institution, especially from Academic Schools and Professional Services.
The Academic Support team has a focus on working with academic staff. The post holder will be required to work flexibly in the context of promoting curriculum enhancement and change in Schools, contributing to continuing professional development through taught programmes for staff, and developing imaginative and effective teaching and learning resources. Applicants should have excellent teaching, communication and organizational skills and be able to manage a diverse and stimulating workload in a fast moving and demanding environment.
Starting salary will be circa £29,139pa.
