Job Vacancy for an Educationalist at the Royal Colleges of Physicians
Salary £28,000 to £36,000 (Pro rata) depending on experience (Part-time
option available)
We need an excellent communicator with a proven ability to work as part
of a team to help us in our "train the trainer" activities, focusing on
the training of hospital consultants in the development and delivery of
educational programmes for junior doctors.
You may have a background in non-academic learning and development,
academic staff training, higher or further education teaching. A
relevant teaching qualification is essential and applications from any
discipline will be considered; it is not necessary to have specific
teaching experience in medical education or a medical background

successful Physicians as Educators, as well as a Certificate, Diploma
and Masters Programmes in Medical Education. These are delivered both
nationally and abroad, and typically cover the areas of effective
teaching skills, appraisal and assessment.
