> Conference Rationale
>
> The Learning and Teaching Support Network (LTSN) has been established to
> enhance and support learning and teaching in higher education. In the
> creative and performing arts there is an increasing demand for and
> interest in interdisciplinary and collaborative work, and a consequent
> need to create opportunities for dialogue and the exchange of ideas across
> the borders of the various arts disciplines. Through the sharing of
> experiences, practices and approaches to learning and teaching, the aim of
> this collaboration between the three arts-based LTSN Subject Centres is to
> enhance the knowledge and practice of learning and teaching in the
> creative arts discipline. There will be a small number of keynote speakers
> who will address critical issues within creative arts education.
