Is there anybody else out there who has been given responsibility for setting
up the staff volunteering component of their institution's response to the
Higher Education Active Community Fund initiative. I'd be very interested in
avoiding the re-invention of wheels and collaborating with others on this. I'm
especially interested in proposed systems for prioritising and administering
applications, and legal issues such as whether staff can be disciplined by the
university for actions/behaviours while on a volunteering placement.
