Hi Ann,
We produce a service statement each year which sets out broadly what the
service provides in terms of support.

Subject: Service level agreement
Dear all,
I'm sure this question has been asked before but I can't find it in the
archives.
Do any of you have service level agreements for study support so
that students know what they can expect of you and what you
expect of them?
In our case at the moment, we're a bit concerned that some
departments are leading students to expect us work magic when
they're referred to us so we think it might be useful for us to have
something on paper to circulate to course directors.
Many thanks,
Ann
