I would just like to add my thanks to everyone who arranged and supported
the event last Friday. It was a really enjoyable day and it was so good to
discover so many others sharing the same concerns. I recently conducted an
audit of support at Bournemouth as there seem to be a number of support
workers beavering away on their own in our institution. We are having our
first meeting in 2 weeks to try and consolidate some of our approaches and
share (hopefully) good practice so the Symposium has been particularly
helpful in raising issues and examining ways forward. Thanks John and
everyone. Alison
