Dear Colin,
Can't offer an information sheet to for you to look at, but have an idea for
how to go about preparing one. Why don't you start by preparing a series of
Q's & A's? As a client I find this format the most helpful. E.g.,
Q: who is going to evaluate you papers?
A: Both your lecturer and the PTF instructor you worked with.
