Newman University Student Support Services is seeking a Transition and Retention Programmes Co-ordinator<http://www.newman.ac.uk/jobs/5166/transition-and-retention-programmes-co-ordinator-0-4-fte-fixed-term-18-mon?1=m> to support university-wide strategies to improve and enhance student engagement and success. The post holder will be responsible for delivering our successful transition programmes targeted at new students to aid their entry to, or progression within, higher education.
The post is offered on a 0.4 FTE basis. The ability to work flexibly and alter working patterns during August - November when the transition programmes are being delivered is desirable. The start date for this post will be late December 2017 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary scale: £32,004 - £36,001 per annum pro rata + benefits
