Colleagues,
Apologies for any cross posting.
We, the Digital Practice Team at NTU, are currently reviewing how we evaluate the potential longitudinal impact our digital practice staff development sessions.
I’d be grateful if anyone could share with me examples of how they longitudinally evaluate the extent to which staff development sessions are having an impact on participants’ practices and how. It would be good to hear about the measurement instruments people use to generate longitudinal evaluation data, e.g. surveys and at what point after staff development events past participants are asked for their feedback.
Any experiences and/or advice you can share would be gratefully received.
Thank you in anticipation,
