Yes, it does have those giveaway signs of 'Learning Development LITE' ... admin role, basic qualifications, generic responsibilities (bit of this, bit of that), nothing about collaboration with academic staff / curriculum etc ... I did wonder what exactly a 'coaching' qualification would be? No examples seem to be provided - perhaps they're just waiting to see what turns up.
However, I think they might well have their work cut out attracting the right candidates, given the fierce competition in the graduate employment field.
And I did wonder how the 'personal qualities' stated in the job descriptions might stack up against what other employers are looking for ... I've presented my initial findings below ... (the headings are mine)
I don't know about you, but I kind of feel the other two actually tell me what they are really looking for - plus there's the free uniform ....
