Apologies for the delay. I had hoped to extend these warm thanks you to unidentified Wikipedia editors (assuming at least one is a member of this list) in a bid to avoid undue credit.
Since I have been keeping an eye on the history of this page, it might be worth pointing out that Peter and I are but two out of 7 substantive contributors so far - Peter surely being the most rigorous. Great work all
Needless to say, this rigour could be expanded into further areas. (Any takers?). I will enjoy to watch with keen interest as the page develops.
Be bold…
Disappearing back into the woodwork,
Sam

Dear Colleagues,
Further to Sam's excellent start I have made some additions/changes to the LD wiki in the areas where I feel I have some basic competence. This includes adding the 16 content areas of LD defined on the LearnHigher website.
Please would others fill in the gaps?
Thanks a lot,
Peter

Excellent resource Sam well done
I've added the information I have on Northumbria, but to my memory I don’t think there was a key note for the London Metropolitan Conference - it was more of a meeting of interested individuals, just setting up as a group rather than a conference.
I hope the conference arrangements are going well this year, Huddersfield seem to have a big team interested in making it all happen. It seems strange not to be involved, but I'm on secondment to the Business School for the next academic year and just don’t think I could cope with a new job and maintain the work needed for the conference.
All the best
Julia

Wow!That's an Impressive start, Sam - thank you very much indeed for getting the page up and running! Am sure others will add to it and embellish.
It's an important development for our field to be represented in the world's must popular reference source.
V best
