The UVAC conference will this year focus on the work-based learning and higher education policy and practice in the new political and financial environment. It will include coverage of research in and international approaches to higher level skills and work-based learning, the skills needs of businesses in the current business climate and approaches to funding.
UVAC is inviting proposals for the dissemination of examples of innovation and good practice from across the UK through interactive workshop presentations as well as proposals for presentations which focus on academic research undertaken in the field of higher level skills and work-based learning and proposals from overseas institutions or UK institutions working with overseas partners on the policy, operational and business context for the delivery of higher level work-based learning in different countries.
Deadline for proposals: 1st July 2011
