Tamara - coincidentally, in talking to colleagues about the forthcoming symposium, one topic that was raised was the idea of LDHEN participants (or a subgroup)offering peer-review of services to each other's institutions - perhaps we could reserve a little time at the meeting to float this and see who would be willing to put themselves forward.
We would need to ask volunteers to send details of their experience of review activities and of of what areas they would feel qualified to cover ...
Happy New Year everyone.

Dear LDHEN Members,
We were hoping someone might be able to help us. Our service will be
undergoing a quality audit this year. Our service offers both personal
counselling and student learning development. The university has asked us
to recommend possible reviewers. Therefore, we were wondering if anyone
knows of someone who might be available as a quality audit reviewer for our
service (preferably a manager of a service and/or someone with review
experience). We'd appreciate any suggestions list members might have.
Many thanks,
Tamara O'Connor & Laurie Lumsden
