We're in the process of redoing ours as our Dean of Students did come up
with and publish a Student Charter, then realised afterwards that actually
we weren't actually delivering all our commitments afterall!! (Like, you
will have meetings with your personal tutor twice a semester...) But can
send you a copy once it's done, but may not be for another month or so -
presumably that's a bit late?
What did you think of the conference? I really enjoyed it, it's a shame
I've just found out that I'm not going to be involved in our student
retention project...
