Good morning all
I think it would be a good idea to hold our meeting in the spring. From a personal point of view I can't do Tuesdays or Fridays at the moment, but do have a clear week, week commencing 14 February in which case I could do any day. I'd also prefer a southern venue if possible, I feel a bit journey'd out at the moment.

I think it would be worth asking now if those two are still possible ... if not, Bournemouth could be perfect!

Over the summer, out of our staff of 6 in the Teaching and Learning Unit, 4 have left or are about to leave. As you can imagine, this has left us very short staffed, and even if the University moved to refill the posts now (which has yet to happen!) we are not going to have the posts filled until later in the term.

This has caused us a lot of stress, and lost us a lot of staff working time. The work isn't even over and term is just round the corner. I am writing this email to the sound of drilling and sawing, without the sound proofing benefits that an office door might afford!
