Great idea. My colleague is interested in joining the list, how does he go
about it?
Also, another idea for the conference (although I think you have plenty).
We've had several discussions amongst support staff and academic staff on how
to get students to use the resources available (in other words I suppose
marketing our service?). For example, we have an interactive web seminar on
study skills and self-management and ways to get students to log on and try it
out. Or the problem of academics saying students need help with study skills
and students feeling they don't!
