Dear Lenny,
We don't have sets of EO questions and guidelines though they do exist.
After discussion we opted for an integrated approach where under various
sections, for example, curriculum design, learning and teaching strategy,
we ask that the presenting team be able to demonstrate how the course has
taken on board the University's mission statement and EO policies incl
the Race Equality policy; how widening opportunity has been incorporated;
how the needs of disabled students are being met as well has how the
requirements of the RRAA have been incorporated. Having tried various ways
of working with these issues we think this integrated approach is best and
sends clear messages about mainstreaming. Berry
