Hi, We are in the process of gettting 'drama for training' in to provide some sessions for senior managers, I have been impressed so far with what I have seen/heard in the planning stages, but can't comment as yet on the actual training.

Dear all
I hope that this email finds you well and enjoying the weather - much as I did when 'helping' with my four year olds birthday party yesterday - all the plans for outside fun and games went down the drain as the heavens opened. ho hum.
Anyway, to business - I am looking into setting up some good quality development intervention for our Deans/Heads of Service/Directorate bods and wondered whether anyone out there could recommend:
1 A consultant, expert or high profile person or similar who could 'lead' the day.
2 Someone like 'Drama for Training' who could provide actors to run some scenarios and interact with these snr managers.
(the intention is that we really raise the profile of EO&D with these key stakeholders and that this feeds into our ongoing work to move the University forward - as a first pass we are thinking maybe a day session - compulsory - with follow ups on specific topics...).
