Can I add what may be seen as confusion to an already complicated
situation but how does one define "Irish ethnicity"? There are others
with far more detailed understanding than I have of NI eo issues but I
thought the whole basis for the NI fair employment legislation is that
the concept of a unitary "Irish ethnicity" is problematic.I think
caution is in order lest we create more problems than we solve
