Subject: Re: Equality & Diversity & E-learning
Hi James
We don't use any at the moment but we are looking at developing our own
online package on our intranet which all staff will have to complete as part
of their probationary period. Completion will be compulsory to pass the
probationary period. I would be interested in the responses you get.
Thanks

Dear all
Here at Bournemouth we have used for a number of years an e-learning package
to introduce staff to equality and diversity issues. I would like to find
out from colleagues what others are doing by asking the questions below.
1. What e-learning equality and diversity package do you use?
2. When do you ask staff to complete the equality and diversity e-learning
package?
3. Do you make it a voluntary or compulsory requirement to complete the
e-learning package you use?
4. How do you evaluate the impact of the e-learning package?
I would be happy to collate the responses and post them to the list if that
would be of interest to colleagues. It would be great if I could have any
answers by the end of the week.
Many thanks
James
