We (HEEON/ ECU) did do quite an extensive research project 2005/6 which
included this. A full set of the publications was posted to each HEI,
so hard copies should be somewhere in your |HEI. I thought that the
information was still available electronically but I have just been
into the HEEON website where publications are listed (see projects)
but not accessible (to me at any rate) and ECU website where I can't
find them. I will check with the ECU and HEEON where they may now be
found

This does cover structures.
At present we (HEEON/ ECU)are working to review this research and how
helpful it has been. We should be able to publish something quite soon.
