Hi Helen,
I have used a Glasgow-based theatre company called Birds of Paradise before for Race Equality training. They are an inclusive theatre company so that adds an extra dimension.
Forum theatre is a great way to explore equality & diversity issues. And I have been using Forum Theatre for several years in my own work to explore a variety of issues with a variety of people.
There is a lot of expertise in house her at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in relation to using theatre as a way of stimulating discussion and facilitating thought processes.
I'd be more than happy to enter into a dialogue to see whether I/we could help you.
Please feel free to contact me on 0141 2708 319
Best wishes,
Katja

Subject: Theatre-based training
Hi all
We are looking into possibly running some theatre-based E&D training
workshops for senior staff and/or staff of all grades. Do any of you have any
experience of working with any theatre workshop companies for E&D training
within an HE setting? If so, would you be able to let me know how this went?
Many thanks
Helen
