Only to emphasise that if you were to put out to tender, could you please
make sure that you consider the EO implications and be minded that the RRAA
specifically requires institutions to qualify all their functions, as a
statutory requirement.If the function is qualified to be race equality
relevant then it has to be implemented according to the requirements of the
General and Specific Duties.
