Subject: FW: Director - Inclusion for CfBT
Dear Colleagues
Please would you circulate this information via your networks. Would be an
ideal post for someone involved in education and inclusion. They are
actively seeking BME/ white applicants with a good track record in this
area. Closing date for applications is next week, so please forward
promptly to anyone you can think of who might be interested in applying.
Many thanks
Stella D.

Subject: Fw: Director - Inclusion for CfBT
Stella,
It was really good to talk to you today. We spoke about the job I am
undertaking for CfBT to help them "Headhunt" an outstanding person to be the
Regional Director responsible for "Inclusion" for the DfES' National Primary
Strategy - for which CfBT are the appointed management organisation. The
focus is very much on capabilities in relating to the black and ethnic
minority communities.
As we discussed, I am hoping you will be able to give advice/make
suggestions of - or good sources of information about - suitable candidates.
I am now attaching the package of information that CfBT is making available
to potential candidates to give an indication of the kind of person we are
seeking.
If you could make any suggestions, especially in relation to the networks
you mentioned, I would be most grateful, and would very interested to talk
to you about this when you have had a chance to think about it - or, indeed
to talk to anyone you suggest should make contact with me.
My number is 01926-640175.
Some information about our firm, MHB is on our web-site: www.mhbuk.com
If you would like to let me have a postal address I'll send you a copy of
our recent newsletter, which contains a bit more about us.
-Address c/o MORGAN HARRIS BURROWS, Kineton, Warwickshire CV35 0JN
Thank you very much for your help, I look forward to hearing from you
With best wishes
James
