Location: Lancaster University Campus
Salary: Grade 5, £23,619 to £28,143
Part-time (0.4 FTE, 2 days per week)

We are looking to appoint a 0.4 FTE (2 days per week) Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor who will support the effective implementation of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Athena SWAN action plans across the University. The successful candidate will contribute to our on-going commitments to deliver challenging equality and diversity action plans and make further progress with the Athena SWAN charter mark at Lancaster.
The role will suit a proactive individual who is passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion, with a knowledge of the Equality Act and its implementation. As part of a small team located in Human Resources, you will support work across the University, building relationships, supporting departments and faculties as well as our institutional ambitions.
We are looking to acquire a range of skills, including verbal and written communication and promotion of equality, diversity and inclusion issues; statistical data analysis and presentation; qualitative research; website maintenance and development.
