Dear Colleagues
I would be interested to know when a member of staff changes their user name and gender how your institution removes all records that hold the old identity, in order that the member of staff would only be known buy their change of user name. We are finding it difficult at my university because of how the user name provides a history for pension, payroll and for tax purpose.
