Dear All
We currently gather data on our employees' gender, ethnicity and disability but would like to start gathering data on sexual orientation.
Obviously we will need to consult with staff and ensure everyone is aware of why we would like to collect this data but I'd like to ask for any advise you can give me about how you began the consultation process and what the response was. How successful has the gathering of this data been and what was your timescale, from consultation to implementation?
