Dear Fariba
Can I support Adam's comments, Viv came to Exeter to deliver training around the RAE and Equality and Diversity. She didn't always have the most receptive participants but because of her humour and absolute professionalism won everyone round. She was also incredibly flexible and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to deliver 1st class training.
Best

Dear Fariba,
People Matters' Viv Brosnahan provided a programme of training for Newcastle University which was relevant to all staff grades and areas. Viv was a popular and effective trainer - the feedback was exemplary.
As well as explaining the legislation and its relevance, she understood and addressed the organisational culture, both in the context of our Vision 2021 mission statement and the realities of staff experience.
I would very much recommend Viv and People Matters (02476 543142 or [log in to unmask]) to anyone interested in looking at diversification and challenging culture.
Best wishes
Adam
