We were very interested but never got details about the cost. If we knew how much it would cost to customize them with our own logo, cost of a print run etc. I could put this as a suggestion to our Equality and Diversity Committee.

Dear All
 
Last year we produce a range of materials to help support our Equality
and Diversity agenda and to stimulate thought and discussion amongst the
University Community. 
 
We got a feel for how the concept was received by others in the field
using our local E&D network and had a positive response and we also
sought feedback during our Diversity Week on our campus last year.  We
wonder whether this is a resource that could be utilised by other
institutions and would be willing to discuss this further if
appropriate.
 
The material includes a series of 7 banners - one for each equality
strand and one for harassment and bullying and a series of 7 postcards
(one for each equality strand  and one for harassment and bullying) with
a cartoon design for each area on one side and text on the other. There
is also a poster. These resources were used throughout our Diversity
Week last year and will be used at forthcoming training and other
events.

Subject: Posters for raising equality & diversity awareness



Good morning colleagues,

 

We would like to display posters around our campus which support our
values of tolerance, respect and acceptance in support of our equality
and diversity goals.  Our local Marketing team have had a go at
producing images for a poster however we're not comfortable with any
they've suggested so far.

 

I'd be really interested to hear whether any colleagues have created and
displayed their own posters for general equality awareness raising?  Or
have you sourced posters from equality institutions instead?  Perhaps
you have had sight of a national campaign poster that you would
recommend?
