Hi Jo,
You can find the disability, race, age and gender figures for staff in
the sector in the HEFCE Trends and profiles document which is published
annually. Click here to go to the report.

Subject: Statistics for Disability
Hi all
Our HR director has asked me to find out disability figures for the UK
and any info around number of staff with disabilities in HE. I
appreciate this is a big issue and we struggle to gather accurate data
but can anyone help me to source some recent stats. Am finding it a
challenge!
Many thanks
Jo

I wonder if the ECU could help? They release sector statistics, and
have also recently released a document called 'Disclosure and Support
Issues for Disabled Staff in Higher Education'. While there doesn't
appear to be any appendix with sector statistics in that document they
may well hold information centrally.
