Hi Mel
We have had some interesting issues with this over the last couple of months;
rooms are in very short supply here so we've had to be very creative. One
way we have tried to improve our practice is asking at maternity interview
for ladies to consider if this is something they will require if/when they
return. We then have time to investigate potential options and hopefully
come up with acceptable solutions. We've also written this into our
maternity guidelines.
Hope this helps
Alison

Subject: Provision for breastfeeding mothers
Dear Colleagues,
I would be very grateful to hear of any good practice, procedures or policies
with regard to providing space for mothers retuning to work who wish to have
somewhere to express and store breast milk.
Thanks
Mel
