Hi there
There may also be a gender component to this. In the 2007 International
Labour Conference report - 'Equality at work: tackling the challenges'
(page 44) evidence is reported from Canada that the pay gap between
disabled men and disabled women is 39% - greater than the gap between
disabled people and non-disabled people generally. I don't think that
gender inequality amongst disabled people was explored in the Equalities
Review - I imagine this is likely to be part of future programmes of
work when multiple identities are being explored in more detail.
Best wishes
Robyn

Hi Caroline
The Final Report of the Equalities Review (p66) provides some broad info
on this. According to the report, disabled men earn between 17% & 9%
less than non-disabled men, and disabled women earn between 11% & 6%
less than non-disabled women, depending on the definition of disability
used.
Kind regards
Helen
