Dear all
We will shortly be reviewing our Harassment Contacts Network. I was
wondering if anyone offers any kind of incentive/reward/recognition system
for their Harassment Contacts (or equivalent) and, if so, how this works?
Our Harassment Contacts all take on this role on an entirely voluntary
basis. Is this the same for other HEIs?
Also - do any of you have any set requirements for your Harassment
Contacts to attend a certain number of training/development/networking
sessions etc after their initial training, in order to be able to continue
with the role?
I would also be interested in any general info about what works well &
what works less well with your own Harassment Contacts.
