Two Ticks
It ha made a difference in that we have done the training which raises
awareness. It has been helpful to try and compile more accurate job descs.
and specs. There is still resistance to the principles but then it helps to
point out the legal requirements.
We are stick working it through. So if you are thinking about it I
think it is a useful lever.

Subject: The two ticks symbol
I would like to hear from colleagues at HEI's that have gained the Two
Ticks Symbol. Could they tell me what difference gaining the symbol has
made to the recruitment of disabled people at their HEI. What have been
the resource implications both human and financial.
