Penny, we've recently been setting up a black staff network, and I will
try and find all the papers for it. We had a model constitution and
various other things. I convened the first two, and we had an outside
facilitator chairing the first two meetings; but after that: it's up to
the network. There are a lot of issues, like can they attend in work
time, is there any money to support the group, etc, that have to be
sorted out.
I'll try and fi;nd this print stuff for you.
Susanna.

Subject: focus groups
Does anyone have guidelines (or be willing to share a model) for focus
groups within their Institution? I am particularly interested in who
facilitates the meetings and how resulting information/notes are
publicised.
Any help would be much appreciated
Penny
