Dear All,
Having trained about 10 volunteer employees as advisors, we introduced our
Dignity at Work policy about 15 months ago. We launched the scheme with
posters, on the staff intranet, and also included a section on it in the
staff induction. However the uptake of the scheme has been very poor. I
would like to think this is because we don't have any issues or problems,
but being a realist, I know this probably isn't the case!
I'm interested to know how others have found the take up of their DAW
schemes. Is there anything else we could be doing that we're not? Any
comments or suggestions very welcome!
Thanks.
