Subject: Re: Work/Life Balance
Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to ask for your assistance. My colleague, Joanne Arno
([log in to unmask]), is doing some work on work/life balance. Have any
Universities conducted a survey of work/life balance and related issues,
specifically employee attitudes towards the possible introduction of annual
hours, compressed hours and career breaks? If your University has done
this, would you be prepared to share the survey questionnaire and findings
with us?
Your thoughts, information etc. would be really useful. I will forward any
responses to Joanne Arno, or you may wish to email her direct.
Regards.
