Dear Colleagues
we've noticed another drop in the returns to our recruitment eo monitoring
forms. One reason we suspect may be the increased use of email for job
applications, and the effect this might have on decisions to return tthe eo
form, which is available electronically. Applicants are requested to return
the form, but seem reluctant to do so.
Does anyone else have similar experiences or difficulties; and even better,
has someone found a way round this?
