I meant to say, when responding earlier, I'm not at all happy about
questions regarding interviews being asked even before the
interview, and I don't think such things should really be discussed
during interview, in fact, not until offer of a job is being made.
Otherwise, a disabled person might feel that their answers to such
questions might put them out of the running. So then, you might
not get true answers. If people MUST ask things about
adjustments at interview, they should be asked at the end of the
interview, and a candidate should be told that the interview is over.
In my view, asking a disabled person questions about adjustments
at interview is like asking a parent how they are going to deal with
childcare when they are at work!
