At Middlesex we have a disability and employment policy in our eo
policy, and have produced a booklet entitled "employing disabled
people" which we are currently updating. If anyone would like a
copy, please let me know.
Two rather contentious issues are, should we have questions
about disability on the application form when we have info on race,
gender, etc, on a sepparate monitoring form; and the other is the
issue about when to ask questions on disability: ie, at interview,
after interview, at the time of appointment.
Any;one got any thoughts?
