Dear all
I was about to make a similar request. My post of EO Adviser is 40%,
with responsibility for advising the Uni on implementation of its EO
policies and procedures, giving information and guidance to staff and
students with EO-related complaints, progressing our anti-harassment
work and planning and delivering training, among other things. The job
cannot be properly done on 2 days a week, but the value of a designated
post is that the work doesn't become subsumed by other responsibilities
and the EO focus is less likely to be lost.
I have been asked to (i) develop a job description for a full-time post
& (ii) find out what kind of EO resourcing exists eleswhere. If anyone
has anything they can send me / e-mail me, I'd appreciate your help.
Many thanks.
